Pakistan’s jihad is defensive jihad: Misleading fatwa
The so-called Mufti Ustad Ahmed Farooq of terrorists issued a fatwa titled ‘Pakistan’s Jihad is Defensive Jihad’. The contents of which are based on gross malice, academic dishonesty and harassment against Pakistan, which can lead to misguidance. This declaration must be brought to book so that truth can be made known to all.
Is it permissible to fight against an Islamic state whose constitution has been framed in the light of the Qur’an and Hadith? Is it right to call it jihad? Can misled scholars impose their so-called fatwa on anyone? Is it jihad to selectively martyr scholars and seminaries? Is it permissible to shelter terrorists, their facilitators and those wanted for other crimes? Islam and anti-state satanic forces are serving Islam by their tool to fulfill their agenda? Is seeking help from anti-Islamic forces to destroy the peace of the Islamic state not hostile to Islam? Is reneging on the agreement with the state to satisfy one’s personal desires a sign of being a Muslim? Of course, the answer to these questions is not with the fanatics.
According to Islam, jihad can only be declared by the government of the Muslim state, which represents all the people. The army of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has the right to protect the country’s ideology and land boundaries, which has been given to it by the state and its people. It has been making all kinds of sacrifices for this. Against it, the enemy has been trying various tactics for decades with a long-standing desire to weaken the defense power of the Islamic state. The Holy Qur’an introduces those who create mischief in the name of reform 1400 years ago and the signs of Khawaraj have been made clear, which can be seen in the groups of present-day terrorists.
The scholars have been declared the heirs of the prophets and the scholars of truth descend on it, while the ulema are lying in the clutches of the evil forces and in the ranks of Hizb-ul-Shaitan(, Satanic group)there seems to be a line against the merciful force and this is what these so-called muftis can be seen supporting the terrorists. To this day, the so-called contractors of the religions did not condemn terrorism and terrorists and did not condemn their crimes, but fully supported them with their every anti-Islamic act. In the recent Indo-Pak war India martyred mosques, madrassas and unarmed people in Pakistan by firing missiles, even then not a single word came out of the mouth of these so-called mujahideen on this cruelty against India because they are fed up by the same to do terrorism then How can you speak against their sponsor? In the same way, what Israel has been brutalising in Palestine, especially Gaza, they donot bother to utter a single word on it as they claim they are loyal to Islam.
The complete contradiction in words and deeds indicates that these terrorists have no attachment to Islam and Muslims, so how can anyone trust them or consider them as their messiah after seeing their deeds. The people have become well aware of these bloodied hands and their arrogance and hate them because of their iniquities, which have tarnished the true image of Islam.
