August 21: International Day of Remembrance and Tribute to Victims of Terrorism

It will be remembered that the pain that is endured, the hour of sorrow and grief, is again neither low-spirited nor cowardly. He is the master of the courage and bravery of his forefathers, and in the same spirit he forbids the sleep of his enemies. The land of martyrs is never barren, one after the other comes out to protect humanity and keeps it in the hearts of cowards. His ambitions and goals are very high. He is neither grieved nor can he suffer from any fear, he is only afraid of the Lord.
Other countries, including Pakistan, have been engulfed by terrorism. Countless innocent people have fallen prey to terrorism. These terrorists have shed blood for the pleasure of their masters on the pretext of religion, nation, language, color and race, provincial prejudice, resources and so-called freedom, among other pretexts. As a result, the people are facing multifaceted problems and psychological, individual, collective, economic, social, national, regional challenges. Above all, feelings such as insecurity, the contamination of the atmosphere of trust, and the decline in development arise. Those who sacrificed their lives for the sake of peace, ended their aspirations, gave their eternal separation to their loved ones, all of them cannot be allowed to go in vain. Unity and solidarity are needed for these peace makers. This requires discouraging hatred, ensuring the protection of the sanctity of blood, and maintaining a spirit of sacrifice.
The martyrs whose blood is present in the foundations of the fort of peace cannot be forgotten. The United Nations has designated August 21 as a day to commemorate and pay tribute to the sacrifices of the victims of terrorism. Through this day, we give a message to the terrorists that every step will be taken to get rid of the scourge of terrorism and all your evil intentions will be destroyed in the same spirit so that the commitment to restore and maintain world peace can be fulfilled. For only those who have the pain of humanity can protect the gardener’s chaman and believe in its greatness.
